But if you’ve been diagnosed with celiac disease, you probably know that going on a gluten-free diet is essential to your health. Celiac disease is a condition that aggravates the small intestine and makes it hard for the body to absorb nutrients.

Whether you have celiac disease or your stomach is simply sensitive to gluten, baking with a gluten-free flour blend is a great way to improve your intestinal health. And if you’re like many people who need to avoid gluten but love the taste of cookies, breads and cake, replacing traditional all-purpose flour with a gluten-free flour blend in your favorite recipes is a great way to eat baked cookies, cakes and bread without gluten.
