1 cup frozen cherries
1 frozen medium banana
1 small cooked beet, peeled and roughly chopped
1 Medjool date, pitted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp natural low-sodium creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder

In a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend on high for 2 minutes, until smooth and well combined. If necessary, add more milk or water to thin the smoothie.
