1/2 cup crushed ice
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1 frozen sliced ripe large banana
1 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt (gluten free if needed)

In a blender, combine milk, ice, honey, peanut butter, nutmeg and banana and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth. Add yogurt and process until blended.
